Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are locally manufactured in Denmark and Sweden. The production is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified, ensuring the best possible quality management systems and environmentally friendly production methods.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The shelf life of the products depends on various factors, making it difficult to provide a single answer. To maximize shelf life, the products should be stored in a cool and frost-free environment.
We recommend using the products within 12 months. If the KABRIC and KABRIC Floor products have been stored for a long time, it may be necessary to stir them with a stirring stick.

Complaints
How can I file a complaint?
If your product(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transportation, please submit a complaint request, by reporting it immediately upon receipt of goods.
Send us an email with a photo of the damage, the box, and the item label and describe the issue.
