Delivery and returns

Delivery

There is free delivery when purchasing colour samples in the EU or for orders above €500. Delivery to the EU takes 4-8 business days.

Once the order has been placed, DETALE CPH will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the products have been sent.

Returns

We do not accept returns of products. You can make use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days after we have received the order. You can read more about the right of withdrawl in our Terms & Conditions.

If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you must write to us at hello@detalecph.com (remember to include your order number). You will not receive a return label, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
