Delivery

There is free delivery when purchasing colour samples in the EU or for orders above €500. Delivery to the EU takes 4-8 business days.

Once the order has been placed, DETALE CPH will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the products have been sent.

Returns

KABRIC, KC14, and KABRIC Floor colours are custom-made and tinted upon ordering. Therefore, we do not accept returns for these items. All other products, such as primers and coatings, can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

If you wish to return the product, please write to us at hello@detalecph.com (remember to include the order number). You will not receive a return label, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
